Clients pay a set amount per page. These agreements include all toner and maintenance.

Demo & Refurbished Laser Printers and Multi Functional Devices
Heldertech has a wide range of Demo and Refurbished Machines. All machines carry a full warranty. All Demo and Refurbished machines can be offered on rental, cost per page and service level agreements.
RENTAL VS CASH PURCHASE | Heldertech will always take the time to advise clients on all the best possible options that will suite their needs, including advise on whether rental or cash purchase would benefit them best. We try our best to finance rentals over a 36-month period and not a 60-month period, thus reducing the total cost of ownership.
Our rental amounts DO NOT escalate yearly.
