We service, maintain and repair most leading brands and support the small entry level desktop printer right through to large high volume MFP’s (Multi Functional Printers) and digital copiers. We provide both workshop as well as on-site support to clients depending on their business needs.

We Offer

On-Site Service & Repairs

Our accredited technicians provide on-site repairs and maintenance services. To arrange for a technician to visit your location, please contact our service department by phone or email. This ensures that your equipment remains on-site, minimizing downtime and quickly getting you back to full operation.

Remote Assistance

Remote assistance is available through TeamViewer or AnyDesk for various needs, including installations, setups, training, and technical support. To schedule a session, please reach out to the service controller.

Workshop Repairs

You are welcome to bring your printer to our workshop for assessment and servicing. Our technicians will evaluate its condition and ensure that all functions are operating correctly. If any parts are necessary, we will provide a quotation before proceeding with any repairs.

Free Collection & Delivery

Customers can make use of a free collection & delivery service within designated areas, or customers can book machines into the workshop via our front desk.

Loan Units

Contract clients will be provided with free loan unit when repairs are delayed due to parts availability. Loan machines can also be provided to non-contract clients at a minimal cost.
