Heldertech CC is now in its 20th year of business and we will always strive to keep our clients happy and satisfied.
Here are some guidelines with regards to the below.

All products carry their full manufacturer’s warranty. Products under warranty are sent back to the supplier or manufacturer for repair or replacement if they are deemed defective once inspected by Heldertech.  In some cases, clients will need to deal directly with the manufacturer’s warranty centres.

Guarantees are null & void if stock has been tampered with, warranty stickers removed, or equipment has been worked on/inspected by someone other than the manufacturer.



Please let us know within 30 days if your product is faulty. You will need to contact us before returning any goods so we can assess if it is a defective product.  If no fault is found on return, a testing and courier fee will be charged.

Depending on the fault and the T&C’s of the manufacturer, the unit will either be sent in for repairs and exchanged.

Cartridge Returns – Please note that only cartridges that have NOT been opened will be considered for return and the client will also be liable for a 20% handling fee.  Please check that you have the correct cartridge model before opening the packaging. Not all un-opened consumables (cartridges) will qualify for return.  No consumables will quality for return after 30 days.


Faulty Stock

Faulty Cartridge Returns – Cartridges will be fully tested in-house before deemed faulty.  If a cartridge has gone faulty when there is still more than 20% yield left, then the client’s cartridge will either be repaired, or the client will receive a credit for the remaining yield in the cartridge.


Faults resulting from wear & tear, including products that have been altered or damaged, will not be liable for repair, replacement or refund at no cost.  Out of warranty products that require repairs or service can be sent back to Heldertech and a repair quote will be provided.



We offer free delivery within a 50km radius from our warehouse. Delivery times are usually between 2-4 days, however, depending on the location, this can be substantially less.



Orders will only be accepted from clients residing in South Africa. If a product is out of stock at time of order, a client will be offered a full refund.  On the rare chance any pricing issues come to light, (Supplier increases or errors on website pricing) Heldertech has the right to adjust pricing. If this occurs, the client will be contacted immediately and will have the opportunity to cancel their order and receive a full refund.
